How many pickups a year do you buy? Fleet customers are very important to all manufacturers. Much more so than one off retail sales.

The Advance Auto near me also has a white XL hybrid as the store truck. Store manager says corporate only paid 16k for it.

Well they make little money off of fleet orders. They make more off of retail. They can live just selling retail. They cant survive selling fleet. So as a business person i would follow the money. And those picture is a smack in the face to fords money makers.

Virtually every business extends discounts to wholesale buyers versus retail buyers. And they take care of their wholesale buyers first.

When you start your own auto manufacturer, you can do it your way. In the meantime, that's not how it works.
