The 2023 Hybrid orders were taken Sept 16-20. There is information floating around that says the chances of actually getting an ordered Hybrid directly corresponds to the actual day of order. There were certainly dealers sitting on pre orders that were submitted on day 1. Is it a good assumption to believe that the chance of actually getting built directly will correlate to which of the 4 days an order was submitted ? I submitted my order to the dealer on day 1 but my acknowledgement email from Ford came on day 9/20 with priority code of 10. Considering a switch to Ecoboost if I am extremely unlikely to see a Hybrid. I dont want to get into the rollover situation to 2024. It does not appear that program has been a pleasure for the 2022 to 2023 rollover folks.

MY23 order dates was Sept. 15 - 20 (some orders were entered late in the evening on 9/15). If you had an order in on the 15th,16th and maybe the 17th, you would have a good shot at being built. I've been waiting more than 14 months. I went to the dealer on Oct.08,2021, but the dealer did not enter it into the Ford system until Oct.19. That made it a Oct 19,2021 order. If he had done it on the same day I ordered it, I would have received MY22. Now it will be late Jan. or Feb 2023 before I receive it. Looks like you have a 9/20/2022 order, sorry. I ordered a Hybrid but I think an Ecoboost would be more fun to drive with more horsepower. You should think about switching. Oh and an XLT would get you a much better chance of being built!

The order date will matter very little. Regional and dealer allocations, then constraints, profitability, priority code, then time stamp. If you ordered from a larger dealer with plenty of allocations, you should get your truck being that you ordered early, have a priority code of 10, and having the XLT package, which isn't constrained and is more profitable for Ford to build.

I ordered two low profit XLs with constrained hybrid engines, and constrained hitches, from a small dealer, who put them at priority 19, on the last day the order banks were open. One of them is built, the other is scheduled to be built in January.

So you can choose to believe all the internet detective conjecture and wild speculation, or you can pay attention to what is actually already happening and see that in spite of constraints, low profitability, priority code, dealer size, etc, you can still get built (twice). Biggest thing is “where do you fall in your dealer allocations, and do they have enough?”
Were these carryovers or new orders?

Day of order is, at this time, irrelevant. It's a coin toss on if OP's truck gets built. No way to guess if you'll get picked, so wait and see or change it or walk. Those are the options.

Rollover 22 to 23 see signature for dates. Did not see in production bubble as of today, Ford says my truck is being built in one of their plants? Only one in Mexico that I know of?
Vin updates at bottom of window sticker to current day. Started 12-14-22 now shows 12-23-22.
I'm running out of time! My S-10 not feeling well :(

I think the shit-show that is FoMoCo scheduling is a crap shoot on whether you get your truck built. Scheduling appears to be random at this point. Priority code with other metrics mean nothing at this time.

You have a priority 10 which is lucky. 10 is suppose to be for 2022s. Wonder if your dealer entered them all at the same time. But it is annoying with allocations it’s hard to know if we get built.

If it makes things any easier for you, Ford has said they will not be rolling over MY23 orders into MY24. If it doesn't make the cut, you start all over.
People keep misquoting Ford. Here is what they actually said.
Ford Maverick Hybrid Order Dates ? Ford24

intention and "will not" are not the same thing.

Nonsense. I ordered my hybrid on the evening of the 19th, and it's already built/awaiting shipment. Whether or not a hybrid order gets built depends on the complexity of the build, region of the dealer (and volume of orders for that region), and your specific dealers allocations for the year. Builds are NOT sequential or FCFS.
