You need to pull up the EV Coach screen. Also, the 2023 Lariat has a different look to the "gauges" than this.

I have a Lariat so I could be wrong, but I think that is the screen that shows current MPG when the ICE is running and only displays electric when EV running only. Just up/down toggle thru the screens to get it.

Here is one screen.

Push the menu button on the right.

It brings up this screen.

Push the OK button up till the white square is on the desired function
Then push the OK button.

And if for some reason its not in the list of pages you can cycle through, you might need to go into the settings and change what pages are available (Configure View, I think). For some reason, it limits you to something like 6 pages, out of 7 to choose from. Not sure why they can't just let you have all the pages to scroll through.

You make it My View, using the Menu option controls on the right side of the steering wheel. It's the EV Coach, and very useful for learning to drive efficiently with the Hybrid (learn to nudge the truck into electric mode).

Also enable the Brake Coach screen. It will only show for a few seconds at a complete stop and show you how much braking since the last stop was done with Regenerative Braking. 100% means all your slowing/stopping was done by charging the battery, vs actual brake pad friction/wear.

You can learn a lot by taking time to read the Owners' Manual.
