Dealer replaced mine in July (22 XLT Hybrid) and issue went away. It started back up again about two weeks ago. Located in Seattle (sharing in case climate is relevant - though it shouldn’t be)
Climate does play a part in these battery issues. These issues are more noticeable in the upper Midwest, especially if your truck sits outside in below zero weather.

I will chime in on my experience. I had my 2023 XLT lux hybrid for about 6 months before it went into deep sleep mode and I had to jump it (3/23 to 9/23). It had set for about 4 days. They tried to tell me "Texas heat" blah blah. I have lived here for 45 years and never had a new battery die in 4 days. Anyways, they warrantied the battery, and everything seemed fine....until today. I have been off since last Wednesday night, so once again the vehicle sat for 5 days and low and behold, I just got a deep sleep alert. At least the app warned me this time. Went out and it started and I took it for a 20 minute drive. So like the OP, they thought it was the battery...and changing did help for a while, but then again my vehicle never sits long...but the 2 times it has it has gone into deep sleep (once with the battery entirely dead). Another thing I notice is my truck never auto stop/starts. I know it's hard to tell with hybrids sometimes, but I distinctly remember after the battery was replaced that it would for a few weeks or a month....but I can't remember the last time I noticed it auto stop/start. This ain't a battery issue...something else.
Seems to be a misunderstanding on sleep saver and deep sleep mode too.
Your 1st experience obviously a bad battery. But the action performed was correct.

It's a good thing, used to save a battery that isn't being charged after so many hours.
It's purposeful.
Best newest battery in the world put in the truck and it sits for 3 days not running it will go into deep sleep mode.

Why - to stop all excess battery drain because the system has no clue how long you are going to let it sit, and the micro-drain would eventually add up to a dead battery if it didn't deep sleep and turn things off. Some have reported 5-6 months successful sitting.
So to give you the means of hopefully starting the vehicle after a reasonable period of non-driving to allow charging the battery then - basically the modem is turned off so you can't reach the truck thru the app to unlock or remote start or tire pressure, ect.
Hence the warning - your truck is deep asleep - don't try to reach it - won't work remotely.

There is no auto stop/start on the hybrid, at least that term as used for the EB and other ICE models. Perhaps you mean something else.
Is it winter and cold where you are at now?
