Just for general info since you tried everything, so others don't need to go thru some of these actions.

Non-keyless entry fob only sends a signal when you push a button - faraday blocking isn't blocking anything. Besides - truck still keeps it's radio powered up listening for a fob button being pressed 24x7. And keyless-entry fob goes to sleep after a couple minutes of non-movement. But truck is listening 24x7 anyway.

Running AC or not doesn't matter - never heard that one. AC powered by HVB same as 12VB recharging via DCDC converter, when ICE not running - so you saved a little fuel with ICE running a tad less with no AC.
Same as power ports, not robbing power from the 12V charging like there is some max available.

Remote double-lock turns some lights off quicker on pre-24MY it seems - but if battery low they probably turned off on door open anyway, but I'd bet even for pre-24MY powerports are on max 75 min if battery V is good enough.

Truck doesn't pair with Fordpass - if you don't pull fuse 11 the truck is still sending up exactly the same info after every park to Ford's servers, if cell signal allows. Fordpass merely allows you to view some of the data last reported, and have remote access to some functions. I've never heard of Fordpass going rogue and causing actions on the truck unrequested.

Sounds like you have classic parasitic draw - dead in a day or two. The ACCM update you got took care of the one Ford must have thought was the big one. But you had another, or the update didn't work.
3 threads have shared the TCU was their module that had to get replaced - so hopefully they find your reason and don't just replace the battery.

Oh - you'll still have the undercharging issue, any changes on the usage side won't make a difference, but they may prevent a misbehaving module from going nuts with another parasitic draw - like disabling WiFi probably a good idea. Fuse 11 if your ATT cell signal sucks in your parking spots.

53 day old battery for me.
Started at normal full charge 12.75 V after a rest, and the matching Ford max SOC 85%.
Currently at 70% and 12.0 V in the mornings.
After a 20 min drive up to 75%.
But the BMS system thinks the cumulative charge Ah matches the discharge. Charge figure actually increases before the combined discharge figures do. (ok, due to rounding it does to whole number, that could be reversed in reality, but still not that fast of drain)
If that was true the battery would not be worse by now.
(yes - that sleeping mA current of 64 is higher than expected max 50, but it really doesn't matter)

Hope they find the reason for your last fast issue, and don't just chalk it up to bad battery.
Yes, after 3 days they decided Battery was Dead (no duh) they spoke to Corporate Ford Service and they said yes, they admit that the Hybrid's have an issue and agreed at NO CHARGE to put an AGM battery in. I have been asking for one for the last year and was happy not to have to pay for one. I know this probably will not cure everything but for now i will see. Thanks for all your feed back i appreciate all the time you took to address each issue!

My 23 starting sleeping less than 6 months into ownership. I picked it up in late November 23. I could take a 3 hour road trip and it would be sleeping the second I parked. I lived with it up until the the AC update hit. Had that update done on July 17th. No deep sleep only lasted for about a week. I didn't want to deal with Ford anymore and just bought my own AGM from Amazon. Zero deep sleeps ever since.
