No.

If the temp is set to LO, it just means that there is no blend of heat, and instead it runs as cold as possible.

Pressing "max AC" is what enables max AC.

I dont believe any 25 or 26 fords are officially supported in Forscan, due to ECU encryption which the Russians havent broken yet.
