Never owned a truck before and actually did not realize Ford removed the SIBL from the Lariat Lux package when I reordered 22 to 23. How much do dealers usually charge? I've heard of Line X but not sure what I should get and how much they are. I am going to ask my dealer now that my maverick is actually made but I don't want to be ripped off.

Dealers normally just take them to be done. It would probably be cheaper if you take it yourself.

You can add it to your order still if it hasn't been scheduled. There's a special right now to add the SIBL with the tie down system

My small town Ford dealer does not do SIBL in house. We only have 1 spray liner business in town and he doesn't do Line X or any of the other national brands- but he is always booked weeks out being the only game in town.

A Line-X franchisee in the next town over (1 hour away) quoted me quoted me $550 for a Maverick. Said it's standard price for all "short beds".

Its too late for that now my modules just popped today. Theres a lot of things I didnt realize changed during the rollover and some of them my dealer screwed up that I didn't catch either. I'm assuming I can add the tie downs later as well?

I'll call the closest line x dealer tomorrow too.

Which one did you end up doing?
Haven't gotten my truck yet but going with the dealer. They'll do it before I take delivery. Otherwise I'll have to be without a vehicle while it's at Line-X.

If you didn’t have to worry about not having a vehicle would you spend the extra on line x? I don’t mind paying a bit extra if it’s better.

Also keep in mind that the well known aftermarket ones usually have a lifetime warranty
