How many emails have you received after order confirmation?

Hi guys.

After the first email from Ford, with the order confirmation… how many time after that you will receive any other with additional information??

I received the order confirmation by july 27. And is the only email received by them or dealer.
I don’t know if after the confirmation ford email you any other thing.

anyone can tell me which arr the emails from Ford??

I only received order confirmation. I did not receive scheduled or in production. I have a dealer supplied vin and build date of yesterday.

My 2nd email was my build date. About 1 week after my reservation. Nothing since, but my build date is early October. I expect to see more then.

2 directly from my dealer 0 from Ford. Got the order conformation and the scheduled both were sent from my sales person. Hoping ford fixes their email situation and I see an email directly from them soon as Mines scheduled for next week.

Not even an order confirm from Ford. They said it's a "known problem" and that many hybrid people never got them.

I received order confirmation from Ford a day after I placed my order at the dealer. 1 month later I received an email from Ford stating that my vehicle has been scheduled for production on 9/20.
I checked the tracker page with my vin today and it says my truck is in production, I did NOT receive an email Informing me of that.

If all works as it's supposed to, four emails from Ford in total. If you look under the blue Ford oval logo in the email, you will see they are numbered 1 through 4 as your vehicle moves through the process.

Not for me. I got the scheduled for production email over a month ago. But the order tracker just changed today to say “In Production - Your vehicle is now being built”.
