How does Ford handle damaged trucks and those customers?

It’s my understanding that ford will prioritize getting your vehicle pushed through production. I do agree with other member no funny business going on about selling your truck or dealership messing around, (so much anger and mistrust going on this forum). I believe if you were closer to the dealership you may have been able to cry seeing it in person? But yes ford owns the vehicle until it’s accepted by the dealership and then customer. I am sorry for your disappointment but unfortunately accidents do happen hopefully you will be receiving your maverick soon.
