@FordMotorCompany. After being told my truck that arrived this morning had been damaged in transport and they were not able to repair the roof so it was sent back, what does this mean? I’m unable to get the answers from the dealer nor any pictures of the vehicle which does seem a little strange!
Can you share how returned/damaged vehicles are handled, how to obtain the vehicle history report if the dealer won’t provide it and what the company is doing for the customer who no longer has a truck on order? Are there pictures on file and how long does it take to update the status of the VIN? These are just some of the questions coming up in the thread “Good news, bad news (truck damaged in transport)”.
Thank you in advance for your response!
