How are you keeping (your back) cool in the summer?

I bought cheap chair pads at Big Lots for the seat bottom to keep the sun off. They work great. No issue with my back I crank up the AC. I would have preferred cloth but the truck I liked was a Lariat. Bath towels work great also.

Is it diet ? Is it overall health ?
I work outside often in summer heat and humidity.
I am a walking rain forest, I sweat big time. That’s healthy btw.
Had my Lariat 18 months through two very hot summers.

I did put Carhartt seat covers on after the first summer just to keep my seats clean and they were cooler it seemed.
Had the clown interior and now my first few summer weeks in my Tremor with the same seats.

My super powerful A/C cools me and the seats right down.

I’ve never had this hot seat problem so far.
I’m going to put black Carhartt covers in my Tremor.
They breathe.

I really haven't had too much of a problem with the sweating even though the heat and humidity can be brutal here in the south, I make it a habit of remote starting before I plan to leave, so during the hot summers month's it plenty cool when I get in and nice an warm in the cold winter months.

I do agree with other previous post that the perforated heated and cooled seats like on my F150 would be nice to have, at least on the higher trims or as an option. Also the post by Glenn I think on the seat pad that had fans to circulate air seems like a great solution also.
