I have the same Problem. Seems to be mostly an issue when I turn on the maverick and quickly try and reverse. And in higher temperatures or really low temperatures.

Is the black cover for the ford logo on the tailgate a sticker or does it snap on some how?

Dope build. I originally ordered a CG mav but then saw an Iconic silver Mav and ended up getting that. I love both colors.
