Anybody buy one of these? Aluminum color anodized like blue, red, silver, etc. Mine won't fit over the stock knob. Did the 2025's get larger? Or do you have to remove something? TIA

I had the same issue on a 2025. Not sure about removal of something but it would make sense. There’s no smooth edge for the adhesive on the replacement.
I just put it in a drawer and forgot about it.

I bought one that fits just fine and is very close to the Hot Pepper Red paint color of my Mav, but it's a 2023. Seems as though the gear knob on the 2025 must be different. I'm sure the industrious Chinese factory that sells them will produce a new version for the 2025 Mav ;)

I put blue on all the knob controls. Purchased as a group from Amazon. However, my Mav
is a 2024.

$17.99 Boruien from Amazon fits a 2025 Lobo just fine…

Doesn't the metal knob cover get hot in the sun? - While replacing some deck boards, I laid a my vice-grips down in the sun while cutting and installing the prior board, and they were really too hot to comfortably hold when picking them up, feeling hotter than the deck itself.

Just curious, as that was the one reason I passed on putting them on my knobs, thinking they're likely get hotter than the bare knob.

Installed yesterday, so I’ll soon find out. I live in the desert and it’s summer. BTW, we don’t carry ice scrapers in the car here - we carry oven mitts haha.
