The tech of the Lariat but they need to fix the colors. Blue dash with brown/black seats and black floors and electric blue flashes and red or green paint was all just too much clash.
Tremor toned the interior/exterior mismatch down a lot. I also think it rides better somehow.
Modern HVAC in cars give some control of freedom of the fan speed. I’m not sure is if figured out the logic, like the fan speed you set is the max allowed, because it’s not quite that either, but bottom line it you may need to leave it on AUTO but increase the fan speed a little (AUTO is not...
Does the maverick switch off this port after you leave the vehicle?
I’d like to leave something plugged in full time, but not need to worry about a flat vehicle battery.
Finally got around to setting up Forscan. I tried enabling the auto-fold in DDM/DDM and AIPM and on the touchscreen in car/settings/mirrors/auto-fold, and unfortunately even though the part numbers suggest the hardware is there, it doesn't work.
One possible reason for the planned removal could be Chinese EVs. They are selling extremely well in Europe and CarPlay gives a similar interior UX to GM products. Taking back full control of the UX may give GM a differentiation to Chinese EVs.
But I think another earlier poster hit the nail...
I’d like a sturdy grocery bag hook set on the panel with the faux screws on the passenger side fascia. But unfortunately there’s nothing with any meat behind it to screw something into.
Have you used the parts catalog as a cross reference? You may find the same part number is used on Bronco as Maverick. Then you don’t need to buy the motors cos you have it already.
I wonder if @Mabcim has a few minutes to pull up the schematics on the 2025 mirrors with a camera and compare it to the Bronco Sport for the ability to fold? 🙏
These are useful. It’s promising that the seats use the same pins for the non-memory seats. What’s less good is that it looks like a Drivers Door Module (DDM) is needed along with a Driver Seat Module (DSM) and that they need a good amount of added wiring including through the doors and back to...
I’m also unsatisfied by the amount of time the front cameras stay on. When you parallel park, you want the front camera on when moving forwards.
Hopefully this is something they can fix with an OTA update.
Check the part number of the seat motor and compare it to Bronco. It will tell you if it has the rotary encoder needed to be a feedback signal. That’s the first step.
If it has it, hopefully it uses the same connector as Bronco, although probably with the pins missing.
I’ll take a sturdy hook or two that hangs from the hex bolts above the glovebox. (Assuming they are real)
I have the Mabett glovebox hooks, would like something higher up to get bags off the floor.
I had the same issue on a 2025. Not sure about removal of something but it would make sense. There’s no smooth edge for the adhesive on the replacement.
I just put it in a drawer and forgot about it.
Probably the ratchet strap, but I’d be all in for a bed step for the back corner. The wife can’t make it up there and I don’t look that graceful doing it either lol
