Cheap spares don’t. Occasionally they do so you can do 5 tyre rotation instead of 4.
Wait a year and get a matching wheel from a wreck and swap out the rim. At least that’s what I typically do

Want to talk non American and Service? One of my former stepmothers has a service package with her Mercedes where They store her hard top and swap it off and on on request. She has never paid directly for service or even an oil change. They do it all for life.
Btw when she got a flat, (which is why I thought of this) they sent a loaner convertible to her, with a driver for it accompanied by a flatbed. They flatbed towed her care to the dealership and delivered her car to her work address the day after the service was done on it.
I do not want to know how much that level of service cost, but wow it is service.
