Frustration:9+ days past delivery date

My truck shipped on 6/7, and now it appears they moved the delivery estimate by a couple of days with the latest date of 7/5. So I am going to be cutting it close to be able to take advantage of the promotions. I hope you are able to figure out where your truck is.

My interpretation is "place a new retail order by 7/7/2025", OR take delivery from dealer stock. If his is an ordered one, he should be price protected.

They ordered it for themselves. I saw it incoming on their website, but I did put my name down on it with a deposit

Here's the history of mine -- this was originally a dealer order that i put a deposit down at the end of april.

The delivery date was accurate and i was quoted 5/14-5/20 for a delivery window.

I picked it up 5/22.

I take it you put your VIN and tracked it by this site:

If it says "delivered", that should mean its been sitting at the dealer's lot for a good week. I'm surprised they didn't call you, so I suggest you call them. Maybe their emails are in your "spam" folder, which is what happened to me at first.

As far as employee pricing, the way it was explained to me is you either order it by 7/7 or take delivery by 7/7. However, if you ordered it before the promotion started in early April (like I did), you'll need to take delivery by 7/7 to qualify.

It’s showing shipped still, not delivered. I was saying the initial date given for anticipated delivery was 6/9. Ford tracking keeps showing the date pushed further into the future

It isn;t Amazon, there could be a backlog of vehicles waiting for transporters, rail cars moved to a siding, lots of reasons that don't show up on tracking.

then why furnish a delivery date for customer to see? Under promise and over deliver. Correct though… it’s not Amazon, it’s Ford and it’s not a $20 order. It’s a 35k truck so I don’t think it’s asking much to share correct information to your customer vice speculative dates.

Did the dealer "register" the VIN for you? There are ways the dealer can assign a stock order to a customer, and that should "protect" the incentives on that date.

I haven't tried it with any vehicle for the employee pricing to confirm that it works with that offer....but I do expect that it does.

See if they did that.
They can refer to "Incentive Protection Quick Reference Guide" pg 12-13 for "registering a stock VIN order type 2".

In southeastern PA awaiting my hybrid maverick. Built 5/21 shipped 5/24 and showed 6/9 as delivery date. 9 days later still no truck
Window shows convoy so I guess no rail at all to a holding lot? Dealer doesn’t seem to know any more then what I can see on Ford tracking. Has this been everyone’s experience? The dates seem to be wishful and arbitrary. They are sucking the joy out of this experience lol

Look above for the trucking issue link someone kindly posted. Basically ford got rid of old carrier in January and now it appears its multiple carriers and maybe some independents carrying for them. This might be the issue causing the scattershot nature of delivery dates and actual delivery

I had the same delivery date, but I just rechecked it yesterday and now it is moved out to the 5th. So it is sliding. I have a first responder/military discount that will expire on 7/7. I am holding my breath now. I emailed the dealer to make sure they are aware of the situation if there is anything they can do to process the paperwork or anything to make that deadline, but I am having my doubts at this point.

From reading fine print and other responding to this post I think you will be good to go with your discounts since you ordered within the dates offer is/was available

The years when Mavericks sold out production in a matter of weeks... Follow the delivery threads during that period. Your wait is mild in comparison.
