Dealer installed mine upside down. Holes lined up correctly when I flipped it over. It was already on the truck when they brought it around from make ready.

I've kept it under the driver's seat in my Mustang for 2 years without issue. I'll probably do the same with the Maverick.
For those of y’all using the tow hook bracket, could y’all share more pics of it? The back side? How is it holding up? Any vibration at speed? Thanks
