When I test drove a hybrid last month I noticed the odd fabric like composition if the front fender liners. Has anyone had issues with them accumulating ic and snow of just mud? It appears they would be a magnet for that ort of thing. I wonder if rhino liner would slicken them up or as least decrease the porosity

I've driven through a few good winter storms, and they haven't been a problem at all.

I'm about 4 storms deep at this point -_- the wheel well liner seems to be holding together fine and it lends to the bed rug
guys claim that the marine grade carpet fabric is pretty resilient. I highly recommended that you DONT KICK YOUR NEW FRONT MUD FLAPS THAT YOU PAID GOOD MONEY FOR AND ARENT THAT WELL ATTACHED. Extra weight from the snow and ice will leave them in your driveway with a solid boot kick.

Had that type of liner on my wife's Sonata. It was actually very nice, looked richer IMHO and cleaned up very well. I am glad that the Maverick now has it.
