Check info on my truck via Ford Pass, on cell phone, appears app is not there. Anyone has issues with theirs?

"Appears app is not there"? Do you mean you can't find the app? Or you cant access your Mav from within the app?

My app is fine, but I have had trouble connecting to my 2025 Mav for the last 2 days. My scheduled remote starts fail, I can't check the location, etc.. And no, it is not in "Deep Sleep" or anything. The battery is fine.

i was checking if any new recall listed, but app not hooks up.

And I drove the truck yesterday, did fine.

Does it show your Mav in the app, but you cant get live data for it? Like accurate location, mileage, etc? Or do you not see your Mav in the app at all?

No. And none of data.
Clicking on various fields, get feedback of no connection or service not available.

Guess software programmers took few bites to correct that back up camera freeze.

Just check the recall list at Ford.com. it seems to be more reliable than their wonky app.

The app always worked for me. Until now.
Sure I can reach into Ford.com, but the cell phone and app easier to tap into.

Clear Cache & data (if android), Uninstall, restart device, reinstall.

Because the new app is working for plenty of us without even doing those steps - so this is an app on your phone issue.

If your error means nothing from the Ford server, that could mean just to the server, your location having issues then.
Or error means to truck, which means the truck options to disable the remote ability, and then reenable it.

Found the issue. Somehow my phone put on airplane mode. Switched it off, now the app connects ok.

I suspect my wife, as she complains of my alerts. If I ask if she touched my cell phone , she will deny.

That makes sense. The letters are close to each other. The weird part is I went to Google search and swiped that word and it said did you mean phone? Guess Google is smarter than I am

It's your fault not your wife's. I have been living the dream for 50 years. Rule one is your wife is never wrong or at fault. Rule 2: when your wife is obviously wrong or at fault...see rule 1.

I had the same issues the past few days. Rebooted my device now everything's working normal again.
