Excellent because that is my order lol
It makes perfect business sense, as the two share many constrained components, and the Lariat Lux is better for the bottom line, so I suspect Ford would prioritize those over XLT Lux in a "who gets the constrained parts" situation.

I have a June 24 order, A51 XLT, Lux, CP360 and some other small options. I spoke to Ford Customer Service earlier this week and they gave me a VIN and a build week of 7/25, so 13 months from order to build and I fully expect the build date to change based on other posts on this forum.
What dealership?

Can someone explain to me what MY23 means? Also I ordered November 12. XLT luxury. Will it get to a point where ford stops production of the 22 model? If that is the case, will orders be converted to the 23 model? Will the 22 orders have first priority at the 23s?

You answered your own question. MY23 is Model Year 23. We are assuming lots of late Oct-Nov hybrids and probably Dec-Jan Ecoboosts will get rolled over to 23s.

MY23 - "Model Year 23". Production of the MY22 Maverick ends on 10/21/22, and production on the MY23 begins on 10/24/22. The plan is that MY22 orders that do not get built by 10/21/22 will get rolled over and go to the head of the line for MY23, but the actual process has not been provided in detail yet by Ford.

It'll be interesting to see what projected delivery dates are for new orders once they reopen in August. I'd think, given the comments on this forum, that Ford would want to offer up a slightly more realistic delivery estimate.

I expect the rest of the push MY22's will fill up the production schedule for most of the 2022 calendar year. Constraint items will last through 2022 meaning an August order for a first time Maverick will take four months for an Ecoboost and seven for hybrids.

We have 3 June, 14 July, 20 August, 8 September Hybrid orders. 40 of 45 are XLT Luxury, 4 are Lariat Luxury, 1 dropped the Luxury Package last week. 1 of the Lariat Luxury is First Edition. Btw, we have 1 ecoboost First Edition from July and 1 ecoboost from September with constraints unscheduled.
So if I wanted that info from my dealer, who should I ask? Salesman, finance guy, manager, owner? I think I have a good dealer, but no info from them. They hadn't even heard of MTC!

Sales Managers have access to the orders but not many will take the time to look at them as closely as I do.

OK, Yeah, thanks. You are one of a kind in the auto industry. Can we put you into production and make more dealers like you?
