I took delivery of my Mav today. I love it! One thing I noticed was that the tailgate doesn’t lock. I have an XLT so it’s got the power lock. I can hear the locking mechanism when using the key, but it never locks. I can always open it. I’ve tried manually using the key to lock it, and it still...

Is there anything that needs to be done before taking a brand new vehicle on a long road trip? My mom mentioned something about when she got her Diesel vehicle she had to drive it a certain way for the first 100 miles. Or am I just good to go when I drive it off the lot?

Mine is with UP now and it’s horrible trying to track it. It never tells me location so I have no clue where it is.

Seems like it got switched to UP. Called there and it sounds like it’s going to sit in St Louis till the 11th at 6:50 pm and then depart

I’ve noticed that UP cuts me off when saying my number. Like it doesn’t accept that many numbers lol

Try entering it on your keypad so like the tTGX is 81814192 - then it’ll ask you for the numbers , then after that press ## and it’ll give you your location

Mines been in St Louis since 4:30 am and hasn’t moved. When I call NS it doesn’t register the whole TTGX. Only like TTX or TTG . Not sure if I’m doing it wron or what

Crazy because I’m in Ohio and mine shipped the day before 05/04 and it says it won’t be here till 06/17-06/24 according to the ford tracker.

So can you explain how that works? Once I get my vehicle, the points get loaded onto my account. Do I have to go to the dealer to order? Do they have it in stock? If not does it get ordered by them and how long is arrival on that stuff? Like the seat covers.
