agreed, I rebuilt a 1997 chevy 1500 that got its front ripped off from 3 junk yard donors. But that was during 'cash for clunkers' and had a lot of trucks in the lot(remember the black goop that was used to destroy the engines?) But good for all body parts. but typically, most trucks get stripped within days of arriving at a junk yard so I rarely go look anymore. Plus, I guess I am just getting too old to spend days under a car. with a jack perched on a board on the grass. (97 still runs great-it will outlive me)I can't even begin to guess how much warehouse space would be needed to stock every part for EVERY car 10 to 20, 30, 40 + years old.
Wait... i just had a brain fart.
We DO HAVE acres and acres of warehouses full of parts + I really do enjoy digging around in them.
