It’s a 7. I really liked using the auto start feature.
Understood. About a week after I took delivery of my '23 XLT, a FordPass update got pushed out that obsoleted my then 5-6 y/o Android. I bought a refurb 12 from Apple, hopefully that lasts for a while.

After I traded my Maverick in, I kept the Ford app on my phone to see what the gas percentage was. Someone was obviously doing some test driving. Two weeks to the day, my truck apparently sold. That's when I finally deleted my app. Hoping to see my former truck out in the wild one of these days.

No new phone so I can use the app.
Kinda disgusted with the whole process.

I loved the new UI, but when I noticed they removed the perimeter lighting functionality out of our Bronco I hated it. It was such a useful feature to turn on the perimeter lighting without having to start the car, specially if you are trying to use to illuminate the path to the car....

If they monitor this site then bring back the option to add the services performed on the truck using the Ford App. There was NO REASON for deleting this option other than to save on some storage space somewhere or use it against owners in case warranty issues arise. I think the 2nd reason is why it was deleted since the Maverick appears to be having mechanical, electricial and software issues as it ages.
It's pretty irrelevant. Unless FORD can prove that something you did is what ruined the vehicle, showing them service records is pointless. That feature was basically a notepad inside their app and that's it.

Just go to your account at ford.com

If true, then why do service entries also show up in your account on the web?
Now, on the app under Service History, it's showing my website entered "Owner Entry" records.

Which is nice I guess.

When I entered them, I didn't see means to add picture of receipt, which would have been cumbersome anyway.
I can see phone entry that included that ability much better.

Storage space still used as owner entry still works on website.

Here I was thinking I was doing great with an X and it's slightly cracked screen.
Yea, it’s kinda embarrassing.
They aren’t going to get rich of of me upgrading 😉 I’m going to ride this d-bag phone until the Apples all fall from the tree.

TURN OFF AUTOMATIC UPDATES ON YOUR PHONE

I swear, every app wants to update every couple of days if you'll let it. Update as needed if the functionality of it is broken due to future changes. Otherwise, just keep the app you have.
