Folks ordering the Atlas Blue?

Hey everyone!

I've been lurking over a year but I joined yesterday due to placing my first order for a MY23, Atlas Blue Lariat with BAP.

Originally I was going to pick Cactus Grey but my son really liked the new blue, so we went with that. The (existing) online pics don't do it justice IMO, we saw it on an Explorer at the dealership and it's more rich and metallic than it looked on the interwebs.

Ford really loves its blues, eh? Anyone else here getting Atlas Blue on their new Mav?

I originally ordered Hot Pepper Red on a hybrid Lariat with lux, CP, and the black appearance package on 15 Sept., and just notified my salesman that I want to change to Atlas Blue.

After seeing a Mustang in Atlas Blue, it was a no-brained for me!!

You won’t be disappointed in the Maverick!! I love mine!! I use it for a multitude of things. I buy wood at Lowe’s and haul it in my bed. I sometimes get 2 x 4 x 10’ boards, and all I have to do is strap them down. I make raised bed garden boxes that are 6’ L x 2’ W x 2 1/2’ tall and deliver them to customers. They hang over the tailgate just a bit, but a strap secures them down. I also haul a 5’ x 8’ utility trailer with it too.

I’m also a bike rider, and am able to get my e-bike in the back.

Does this mean the system glitch is resolved and Atlas Blue can be ordered now? Up till now there were issues across the lineup with Atlas Blue being selected causing a "pricing error" to prevent the order from being entered.

From what I read, the glitch was only ordering the XL in Atlas Blue, but didn’t affect the other trim lines.

It was affecting them all at least for some people. Maybe it is resolved.

I also have a fully loaded Atlas Blue Lariat Lux with BAP. Didn't go with VB on my 22 order because it was too light and looked a little cheap but I like the darker Atlas.

When ford fixes the issue with xL Altus blue, I will be all over that color. Looks better then VB if you ask me

Color is just a personal preference. I ordered a 2023 Maverick Hybrid XL in Atlas Blue but have a 2022 XL Hybrid in Velocity Blue. Wish I could have ordered the 2023 in VB. I have a 1957 Chevy in 70 Dodge Purple "Plum Crazy" so as I said, color is a personal preference. See it in the Showcase Different Vehicles.

Could be Atlas Blue. The Edge comes in Atlas Blue and Stone Blue, but this looks lighter and flatter than what I saw in person.

Also, ALL the online pics I've seen seem to look different than seeing the color in person, so I really can't be certain.
