I admire you ability and willingness to jump into this. Looks like it's going to be something for all to envy. Glad you gave the foot credit. Can't wait for the final product.

Also, no offense OP, but it looks like the first time you've cut/shaved plastic with a dremel. I hope the finished product has trim to cover the jagged cut out.
What is your plan with the cut out?I started a similar project a while back.
i need to finish it.
Race ya (I think you are ahead).
Except I never took my bumper off.

only photo I took was driver side onlyStill working out the bezel to go around
ahh, yes. I did miss that photo with the trim piece. That looks much better. No offense taken, trial and error on this. Look a couple post up to see plan, not sure if you missed it.
Wow that looks good. Take a pic further back to see it compared to the entire bumper for scaleTrimmed and first photo of no one having to hold the light in place, the rubber gasket is tight enough around the light it was holding it in place. I am really hoping I like the way these look once all mounted on the truck if not this has been a lot of wasted work.Hoping to have everything done and maybe mounted this weekend, we will see how it goes.
