I got a letter from JD Power inviting me to fill out an owner’s survey of the Ford Maverick. I usually do not fill out surveys but JD Power included a crisp new 1$ bill. Figured what the hell.
I own the XL AWD w/Co-Pilot 360. My review was positive but the issues I pointed out were:
1. Seat comfort and lack of adjustment
2. Infotainment system seems dated and has issues with the radio.
3. Display screens seem dated and cheap.
I do realize that these features may not exist on higher trim levels, but this technology seems very dated. I would have gladly paid a few hundred dollars more in the base model to have a less budget feature set.
I still think the Maverick is a fantastic value.
