I look forward to the survey! In a nutshell:
1. Love the truck
2. Not happy with Ford communication
3. Liked the people at the dealer but not the fact they were reactive, not
proactive
4. Ford Pass Points are a pain if you cannot place an order on line and you
have to pick up parts at the dealer.

The Dillman Method.

A few years ago I got a piece of junk mail, generally throw them all away before leaving Post office. '' Something poked me in the neck" and I opened it and it was a survey and also a new $5.00 bill. I open all junk mail now and have pocketed $30-40.
