I received a JD Power reliability and service survey on 9-19-22 for the Maverick I've had since December 15 of 2021. Instead of throwing it away I opened it, saw the $1 bill and actually read what it said.
I went online and completed the survey. Not a bad experience and overall I felt it had a good balance of dealership, service, reliability, and thoughts about my Maverick ownership experience. They even wanted to know ways I'd improve my Maverick.
Did you get a survey, did you go online and complete it, and what did you think?
This is a first rattle out of the box for us new Maverick owners and I'm pretty sure Ford will check out the results.
