My comment too. Waste of space, material, weight, and money. A single is a much better choice.Dual 3” exhaust on an inline 4 cylinder. What?

A 2.25/2.5” single is more than enough. The real issue is the integrated “exhaust manifold” cast into the cylinder head. Terrible airflow design. My comment too. Waste of space, material, weight, and money. A single is a much better choice.
Yup. Restrictive cast manifold will definitely kill flow. I’m sure there are ton of aftermarket options for the 2.0eb. 2.25” pipe would be fine with the stock turbo. I’d probably going a little bigger though.A 2.25/2.5” single is more than enough. The real issue is the integrated “exhaust manifold” cast into the cylinder head. Terrible airflow design.
OP photo is a testing mule, not a production truck. Almost all of Ford's testing mules have cobbled together exhaust systems that look like Zeke made them down on the farm with a hammer and pliers.

When you remote start your truck in the cold and walk up to it from behind it seeing 2 trails it instantly becomes worth it.I posted a video, the exhaust will help a lot on this platform. It's one of our next projects as soon as we can get the truck on the lift. We've done a catch can and intake for it already.
We won't offer duals, it's a waste of time, money, labor and material, no flow improvements going from a single to a dual, typically actually hurts. We will concentrate on keeping as much ground clearance as we can, sound and increasing power.
It will be a little more of a challenge to "fix" the stock exhaust on my Maverick. I just saw this undercarriage shot.
Dear god is this the worst looking exhaust setup I've ever seen on a truck. Going for 3 inch stainless duals tucked up high. Why does this setup hang so low? WTF?
