Honestly, I would have real confidence issues jacking up a vehicle with something in a cheesy plastic case.

Ohhh yep, I'll stick with OEM roll up "felt?" wrapper. Haven't had flat yet so not sure.

I'm talking about the jack itself. I'll take a steel jack over one with a plastic shell. But you can go for it if that's what you like. I mean, it has that neat built-in flashlight, tire inflator and all.

I don't give a shit what it's wrapped in...

Ohhhh I took it that you had confidence in a jack with a plastic case but not the OEM one.🤗

Honestly, I just put it out there. If I have a flat I’m calling AAA. Wheels get rotated with the oil change.

I bring my small 2-ton trolley Jack with me, anytime I go somewhere there is no cell phone service.
There's not going to be AAA or Ford service coming to the rescue.

With a 2 ton trolly jack you may need several (6-8?) short 4x4 blocks to support the truck while jacking. My trolly jack has about 11-12" lift.

Bring your cordless drill with a 7/8 inch socet using one of those 1/4 in impact to 3/8 drive socket adapters from Harbor Freight for $2.59 or something. Use that drill with the scissor jack. Not only does it work efforlessly and fast, but a drill is small and you may already own one.

But even better! It lifts your Maverick over the pinch weld where the manual says to put the jack. It's the safest place for the jack because that is the strong point that Ford designed for the jack point. Other lift points are asking for bent metal or paint scratched off making a place for rust to start. If you use any other jack get a pinch weld adapter. It is a metal or plastic disk with a groove that fits over the weld so the flat top of the jack lifts on both sides of the weld.
