    you can also add a little 3/8" wide 3M tape to the light assembly where it contacts the flange and create a camming effect for the (2) screws in the tailgate opening. i did, and did not overtighten. hasn't popped back out since (about 18 months) i haven't replaced the fender retainers yet, but...

    I think your battery is either defective from the factory (not likely), or it was delivered to you without a fully charged battery. a 2026 should have an AGM battery in stock form.
