Never got the pigtails with my truck and while I have reached out to my dealer/parts they can't find any. I've tried the part number from some of the pictures and get an error when searching. Do I have to use the pigtails or can I snip the connector off and join right to the wires? Anyone know?

Check under your rear seat, or behind it. Mine was in a plastic bag in my under seat storage.

I'll check again but I've looked before. Mine just didn't have one that I could find.

Mine (only got one) was in the storage bin under the rear seats as well, however I am 99% certain that these ford speaker adapters are the exact same plug as the pigtails. I bought a pair for my speaker swap and noticed the similarity to the pigtail, compared side by side and the connector seems identical.

Best I can tell "maybe" the Female Plug already in the bed appears to be the one below - but I'm striking out trying to find the Male pigtail counterpart:

Worth a try for six bucks. Worst that can happen is you return them.

You only get one from what I understand and mine was and is still in the glove box. You can order them from Ford

I found my pigtail after I cut the wires and installed my 12v socket in the bed.
This is what I was trying earlier but I'm not getting any power so I thought maybe you have to use the pigtail for some reason.

I actually tried finding them on the parts site and get an obsolete part message. My parts guy at the dealership can't find it either.
