Eco and sport mode

Has anyone enabled sport and eco mode with ids or fdrs? I have access to them and would like eco mode. Awd fx4 lariat

I see posts for doing it with FORscan which I don’t have… that’s why I asked specifically for fdrs..

Just get forscan it's free. Most people aren't going to have ids since that's dealerside but forscan if I remember works the same.

And a Vgate vLinker FS cable to program it with is only some $35.
