It's PVC Pipe, made it myself. Just have to do a little measuring, cutting and gluing, but it made for a quick afternoon project. Can't take credit, I just copied & Modified ideas I've seen others do.

I made the width for tires custom to my bikes. Others have made similar ones with wider tire gaps as their tires are wider... duh! For example, this guy here made his tire gaps wider.

The XLT didn’t have a hitch so I used the tailgate pad

it’s crazy my Stumpjumper is almost 6 years old! It’s got lots of new parts on it to keep it tip top (aka everytime I break or wear out something it gets an upgrade)

I’m using a 1Up van tray on extruded aluminum. I changed it a little since this picture and take the cover off to move the bike forward a little. It also give better visibility when the cover is t folded against the back window.
