2024 AWD 40 mile daily driver. First 12 mile each day is winding hills rural area and I've started to love econ mode due to the shift spots and low Rpms between 35 and 55 mph. Switch to normal for the interstate. Anyone else switching between modes throughout the day?

Yes. I switch between slippery and eco most of the time and occasionally normal. Maybe sport every so often

I’m still playing with the modes but, I gotta say that Sport is a lot of fun. I can really feel the difference in how the Mav performs in Sport Mode. Plus, in cold weather, the Hybrid warms up the cabin a lot faster in Sport mode which keeps the ICE running.

I try to run mine in each drive mode for 10-15 minutes every 30-45 days.

Almost got the hybrid, sport mode is a little too fast for me, in Ohio this time of year our two state flowers are orange barrels and speed traps.

I use normal almost all of the time. I do use towing if I'm driving in hills. If its flat and I'm towing, I use normal mode cause it gets better mpg. City use with intown and highway jaunts, I'm averaging 42.3 mpg. I don't hypermile it, I drive it like I would any other vehicle.

I'm in Normal most of the time. I find Eco too mushy.
Sport for twisty back roads and Tow if I want some downshifting engine braking on steep hills.

I change my drive modes while driving between my 2 homes. 1 is in the valley and the other is 170 miles away up in the mountains..While driving up and down the mountain, I'm changing between tow/haul which works well coming down saving brake time and going up changing to sport mode to get that extra response climbing and then the rest of the time in eco mode

I'm in a hybrid and still figuring out what the darn modes are lol.
In most of my Hybrid driving, Slippery mode + enabling EV Coach + Brake Coach screens give me the best mileage. YMMV.

3 taps on the Mode button, after you first clear all the nag messages off the instrument cluster screen.

Yup. Eco for the daily commute, Sport if I see a stale green traffic light ahead, used the Slippery setting last week when roads were icy and I ordered the module that's supposed to set the drive mode to Eco as the default: we'll see if it works.

I use two modes every day.

The first mode is the screen lock mode. In this mode I like to look at the red exclamation marks, it's so pretty.

The second mode is passenger simulation mode, when I am lonely, I turn on virtual passenger mode and the ford simulates my friends in the back seat.

I believe these are the two best modes in this car.
There is one drawback - you will have to pay extra to ford + tax for these two modes.

I was about to ask if you had a video of your friends being sTimulated in the back seat and then I noticed they were only simulated friends.
