Was there an AT&T outage? That is when it happened to me. Keys where inside. I was outside windows up etc. had to wait about 4hrs for the remote placed tower came back to unlock with my phone app.

Taking the keys out of the ignition will probably solve that problem then!

I don't see any way in owner's manual to turn "autolock" off. Not that autolock should be occurring in this situation!

This is from owner's manual:

WHAT IS AUTOLOCK Autolock is a locking feature that locks your vehicle doors when you start driving.​

AUTOLOCK REQUIREMENTS Autolock locks all the doors when all of the following occur: • All doors are closed. • The ignition is on. • Your vehicle reaches a speed greater than 12 mph (20 km/h).​

I’ve noticed that my drivers door locks itself every once in a while. Just another one of the electrical quirks I’ve come to accept…
