One of these days I'll learn how to load download videos to YouTube. They just seem to have a better platform for videos.

The 3 hour Ten Commandments have nothing on my 12-15 sec. productions.
MP4 format 20 and 25 MB's I don't know if that's huge???

OK .. I have diddled around and think I know what you are not doing. Just guessing but got a slow down load. When you click on attach files and choose the saved video or take video (? I use saved video), wait for the video to up load and you see file name with insert or delete buttons. Choose the insert button. If you do not choose insert, then the slow load will happen or at least did for me. They apparently have it somewhere available to retrieve or have to get it from the web server, dunno. Lemme know if this cures your issue. They will accept mp4 up to near 35-40 MP or will tell you file too large

All I do is I tap on attach file.
It pulls up pictures or videos.
I tap on the picture or video I want and it automatically uploads.
Then I tap on post reply.

After your file has uploaded and you get the screen with the file name followed by word "insert" click the button labeled "Video". Then wait a few for the video to be directly attached to your reply. THEN YOU CAN CLICK ON "POST REPLY". This will insert the video file into your actual response so it can be obtained quicker when a viewer clicks on it!
I do it all the time. Also if is a still picture the the label is different, I don't remember but it's like "include full size or similar" click on that button or the picture will be miniscule when viewed online. I can get screen shots if I need to, let me know.

I don't have any problems with viewing my videos. I have used my wife's phone just to make sure it wasn't pulling it up off of what I stored. No problems.
Everything is done on the phone that might be the difference.

Please, if anyone else wants to take the time to make faster loading video's. Go for it.

I use my android phone all the time and use the insert buttons all the time. I can see videos either way when I view the posts but the ones that are inserted just immediately load others can be slower.

Button, and lever... accidental lever/button pressing has locked it on me both ways (but not when veh on/running). Regardless, got me frustrated enough to do something about it. It made me buy a 3D printer and come up with a way to prevent it.
