Door Bar protection

Waiting on my 2024 XLT and thinking after getting T-boned 5 months ago and 2 weeks in hospital and totaled car later am looking to get a set of door bars installed asap after I get the Mav, anyone in the group have info on that ?
Would like to get local Tucson but will get online if need to.

Saw a set on partsgeek.com : Nerf Bars Autopart Premium 157198-03726506, any one deal with partsgeek, have any idea of their quality ?

Some mild steel step bars aren't going to do anything meaningful for crash protection.

They are just running board step bars mounted well below the bottom of the door. No protection for the passenger compartment in a side impact.

Sorry, I have no idea of anything add on or bolt on that's available.

They are already in there, mandated by the federal government. You could install a roll cage, but you will have a hard time getting in and women will refuse to get in.

OP, you didn't say what kind of car you were in when wrecked. Did it have side air bags?
