Try putting a piece of black electrical tape over part of the lens. Covering approximately the back most 1/3 seems to work and cuts down the spill over.

That doesnt bother me at all. What does bother me is that the blue light that lights up the storage area for your phone only lights up on my XLT when I turn the truck off at night. When I'm driving at night it's off. I would prefer that slight blue glow when driving so when I look down to get something from there I can see it. Can that be changed in forscan?

Also the automatic highbeam being set to auto everytime I get in the truck and drive it in the dark. That feature i would prefer if it was off, and i could turn it on as needed. For now i just click it off. Wondering if that could be switched off in forescan too.

How did you do that? I'm thinking that a decal mask that says Ford , or Maverick , or the shape of the truck could be applied to the lens. I would be interested in one of those. It would be really cool. Those could be made on the cheap out of high quality black vinyl on a computer die cutter, and shipped in a mailer envelope. I'd say $10 each, most people on here would want one.

Yes auto high beams. I want those off. Want to switch them on when I want them on. Thanks, I just went into the garage and fixed it.

Now I want that blue light above the orange cubby area in the center console to stay lit when the headlights are on.
