My Maverick was supposed to be delivered may9-may15
well my sales guy is on vacation
no calls saying my Truck is ready
i go on BELL ROADS Phoenix site and they have my truck as a work truck same vin as mine for sale
so i am like hummm i asked for info on it like i didn't know it was my truck
lets see what happends

Call the dealership right away and ask to talk to the sales manager. Depending on how large the dealership is, may be specifically the "new car" sales manager versus the "used car" sales manager.

Get to the bottom of the situation ASAP before they "accidentally" sell your truck to someone else with a 5-10K markup and then shrug when you complain about it!

I would tell them I will hold on the line while they find the manager, or find the answer....... Tell them you have all day and would be happy to drive over there in-person if that is easier. Even if you don't in fact have the time to show up in person. Haha.

Retail ordered vehicles now often do show up on dealers' websites automatically....so it may be a mistake.

BUT do make sure you let them know that is the truck you ordered in case it isn't a mistake/due to an automatic process!
