I was guessing 10/21/21 was my blend date this is when I received my window sticker last Thursday

Ahhh....that is what I was referring to as the "Invoice Date" when it actually went into production.

I haven't been able to find a blend date like the ones in the reference posts. The blend date referenced there looked like this:
Ford Maverick Mexico plant Maverick production suspended next week from November 1-5 1635540307519

I seen that but now the window sticker seems to be different and I was told the date at the bottom right hand corner was the blend date

Everyone probably got moved back.

I haven’t got said email but I presume you are right that everyone is moved back at least 1 week. I was a week of November 1st build and now at best fingers crossed and knock on wood its just the next week after that. This is a crazy world we live in right now with shortages as they are

I have my EB 2.0 scheduled for the week of November 8th....this does not look good...:(
Had a build date of Nov 1 and got a notice it was changed to November 8. That’s when I read about the plant closing for a week.

Why? aren't they simply having wages cut but not having to go to work? Paid vacation!!!
We aren't told why their wages were cut. Yet, anyone's wages cut interferes with putting food on the table and staying in that job. I sure wouldn't want a union walkout. Then we'll be waiting longer for our Mavericks, eh?

But they are not working because of material shortages. Yet they are getting paid 75% of their wages.

If I am suppose to cut your grass but my lawn mower broke and I can not cut it, will you still pay me 75% of what you were suppose to pay me if I did?

It was part of the new USMCA agreement that replaced NAFTA. If there are shut down's then they have to pay 75%.

The "disappointment of disgruntled workers" is manifested by the fact they refuse to accept work for less than fair wages. Check the article below, because what the article does NOT say is that this employer offers $10 an hour as starting pay. Is that a "fair" wage?

https://www.msn.com/en-us/money/oth...-would-come-but-only-100-showed-up/ar-AAPVps6
It probably is for the 100 that showed up. How much would you pay someone an hour to do work for you?

Now if you want to talk about big corporate CEO's making millions and not taking a pay cut that is something different and that should be the first focus.

That's not the same thing. 🙄 The workers did not ask for the factory to shut down, why shouldn't they get paid? It's not their fault Ford can't secure enough supplies! 🤑
