I traded my 2022 XLT FX4 (2021 build) in on a 2025 Tremor (pre-GPF) model. Factory warranty on my 2022 was expired and I got back over 75% of sticker on trade without the hassle if a private sale. With the 2026s coming the discounts...
No worries, thank you for the reply. Iām on the hunt for a good solution for the 2025 (and I assume 26) Tremor grille. I even reached out to F150LED about the different dimensions they have. Yours is the closest I have seen, they look great and exactly what Iām looking for. If it really is just...
What were the cut and mods you had to make? I still havenāt found a direct fit for my 25 Tremor, even though the grill seems custom made for it. Thank you.
Thanks! I ordered as soon as they announced them the Summer of 21. Specās as close as I could get at the time - but had my eye on the Tremor ever since it was announced later.
Yeah, a little over 75% of my sticker price from 4 years ago (Nov 21) back in trade, plus over $3k off the sticker on the new Tremorā¦so Iām good with those numbers. :giggle:
Havenāt been active in a while on here, just lurking mostly - but thought Iād introduce my new starter kit.
Traded in my 1st Gen FX4 for a 2025 Tremor while trade in value and discounts were good on the 25ās. Job 1, so no GPF (donāt want it) and no pro-trailer (donāt need it). So far am...
Hi Jon,
That's the one. I used my Ford Points to get it and it has worked out great. Fits with the tonneau closed and bed mat plus when flipped inside the bed it works great as a "trunk" area so you can keep everything pretty much under that back flip panel near the tailgate.
I thought I'd...
The FoMoCo one for Maverick works just fine. I have an Undercover Armorflex trifold tonneau along with the spray in bedliner and the Maverick rubber bed mat installed and my FoMoCo bed extender fits just fine with room to spare. Initially thought I might have to trim it down some due to the...
I did, a little over a month later after the same runaround about the broken exhaust clamp. My service advisor gave me the number and recommended I call Ford Corporate Customer Care and I did on the one month date. Told them that clamp has to cost a lot less than the rental Jeep bill I was...
First road trip with the Maverick to Mammoth Lakes. 900+ miles driveway-to-driveway with all the side trips while at Mammoth - and I take speed limits as "recommendations" š . Mostly highway but a good bit of 2 lane in the mountains and CA 395 (where plenty of passing power came in really...
I wish I had known this before my truck sat at the dealer for over a month because they couldn't find another exhaust clamp they broke while replacing the PTU.
Well, it did end up failing a couple more times before the PTU came in so Ford could change it. Was random times too...nothing like "under acceleration" or anything like that - one time was in a parking lot! So it went into the shop for the PTU change.....and stayed there for over a month...
I did a similar shortcut to make my phone notification tone go off every time it disconnects from CarPlay so I'd quit leaving my phone in the truck!! š
I think ideally to have the default setting to remember and retain the last mode used when shut off would be a popular solution. Maybe somebody will come up with a harness for that like the Auto Stop-Start Eliminator (or a FORScan setting).
Or they call you when you are supposed to be picking it up from the parts replacement (after waiting 3 weeks for the part) to be told they broke the clamp that holds it on and is now unsafe to drive. A month later you are STILL in your rental that has to be costing Ford WAY more than that damn...
Previously diagnosed with an AWD PTU failure @ 400 miles. After several weeks they finally got the PTU in and scheduled me for service on Feb 7th. Well, it is still at the Ford Service Department today. The reason? New PTU went in just fine, but service advisor said they broke a clamp to...
