What is the best way you guys have found to remove debris from the space between the cab and the tonneau cover? Aside from removing the cover all together.

Shop-Vac first to get the large real loose stuff out then change and use a crevice tool I then change the hose and put it to the exit air side of the back and try and blow out whatever I can and use a long bristled paint brush.
I also have the option of using an air compressor.
Ah the disadvantage of a unibody "truck".

I use one of the sticks I find in this area to dislodge other debris while blasting it with a handheld leaf blower.

I'm considering putting some low density foam in this crevice, but I fear that could become a mold/insect magnet.

crevice tools, air gun tweezers, skewers from your grill anything that can get the large chunks out blow from the cab back and most of it come shooting out if you have a good air gun I actually use my lawn blower the first time

Just be sure to use closed cell foam, not open cell-which acts like a sponge.

I jammed some foam weather stripping in the gap, works pretty good.

Mine has no gap. I don't have that problem. I have the hard roll up from the Ford store.

I put a piece of weather stripping/ modeling there - seems to work well. You can’t even notice it’s there, blends right in

they really are the same power as a 50cc gas (I didn't believe the claimbefore I started buying them, but yes, they are).

Or, I have an air gun for my compressor, which is basically a trigger on a quarter inch copper tube. I have it to restart cooling coals in my smoker.
