If your windshield is chronically foggy I would assume you have water getting into the cabin somewhere. Defrost while running a/c compressor should dehumidify the cabin well enough. The only time I've dealt with an unnaturally foggy windshield cabin water ingress was involved.

2025 Maverick LOBO 2.0eco specifically for the radiator/fan replacement it was supposed to be built with the 4k tow package upgraded radiator but they put the standard one in it for 6months “ooops”. The other recall is also 2025 build specific iirc.
