Any idea of “Brush guard/deer ram” add on? Hunting season starts soon and Bangbi will be on the move soon. Last year I saw four deer corpses in about a two mile stretch of road.

Should of hit it again!Reminiscent of the recent post on the collision between a Maverick and a school bus, a deer decided to cross a major highway here in NC about 12:30 Pm on a sunny day and hit the left front of my new Lariat (6,200 miles). The deer had the nerve to get up and walk away so I did not even get venison steaks out of his collision.
Repair cost: $11,215. Not cheap to repair a Maverick!

They don't actually fix things anymore and, they replace some parts "just in case" as I found out.$11,000 seems too much! I don't see that much damage from the picture!

I asked to save the parts they took off and some of them were in great shape.
I don't see 11k either, but you don't know what's under hood, I worked as a damage adjuster after I retired, I had a minivan that got hit on the side a Big buck went through the glass tearing up headliner with his horns scaring the crap out of driver, not much damage mostly glass and new headliner he jumped out the same window and trotted away but they couldn't get the stink out of the vehicle buck was in heat, I thought the shop was BSing me so I sent it to a great detailer I knew they shampooed that vehicle head to toe$11,000 seems too much! still stunk, we ended up totaling it. Sold it for salvage got a great price, am sure someone is still diving it today.
Yes. The one on the driver's side at my knees/feet went off.Did the airbags deploy?![]()
Unfortunately when I was in the market the pickings were pretty thin. I ended up with a '22 Big Bend, with every option available that year. The 1.5L is fine overall. I did have the water pump replaced, but it was certified used, so under warranty for an extra year. Not planning to keep it long term, just through the end of the warranty.Hope you got the Badlands 2.0l

Perfect! Get a 2.0l when the time arrives!Yes. The one on the driver's side at my knees/feet went off.
