My wife doesn't like the knob gear shift. The first time she drove it, she had to move it in a hurry and she reached for the shifter and couldn't find it. She likes the standard shift lever in the console. Honestly, I like the lever better myself.

NFCU is great. I seem to be always calling PenFed for one thing or another. Very impersonal.

I tried installing the Maxzina straps today. I have the factory bed rail and to get the bracket under the bed rail I would have to take the rail off. I saw a video where the guy just pulls the rail away from the wall and slips it behind. Nope, not happening. My bed rail does not budge and...

I got the Power Train alert going about 70mph after a 2 hour drive. I noticed no change in performance, drove the remaining 2 hours home. I put the OBD code reader on it and got no codes, plus when I started it back up, no more alerts. Its been 2+ weeks and no more issues.

My wife pulled off one of the end caps trying to open the tonneau ( don't ask). I will have to superglue it back on. Those are the biggest leak spots on my X2.

Only change I would make would be to delete the sunroof. We never use it and we would have saved about $1000. Oh, and maybe not get an Area 51, they seem to be everywhere!

I like the idea, but there is a ton of "stuff" behind the seat back of my 22Lariat. They'd have to move all of it somewhere. Maybe under the seat. But then all of that storage would be gone. I wouldn't want to lose that.

I don't have a hybrid and I have the same lighting issue. Do non-hybrids go into sleep mode?

When our daughter was in early teens she said that because I parked so far away that we should leave the car at home and walk. Aldi's does the quarter thing here in Pittsburgh. Never see a cart in the parking lot.

Same here for my Lariat. It popped up twice yesterday and I thought "haven't seen that in awhile and now twice today".

I just installed mine last week. Mine are the shiny black ones. I had to lube the window channels because the glass would not slide down at first. So far so good. Haven't noticed any difference in the wind noise.
