I needed the oil changed in my maverick,haven’t been feeling well in a couple of months ,so instead of driving 2 hours to the dealer I bought it from, I went to Wally’s Ford in East Greenbush NY. Made a appointment for wed before Thanksgiving. They said there was an airbag recall ,I told them I didn’t want the recall just do the oil change. Dropped the truck off we’d morning . Called them at 3:30 pm they told it wouldn’t be ready because a bolt broke when they were doing the recall. I started screaming,called fomoco talked to them they called the dealer ,next thing I know they had a new escape for me to drive,a loaner.ok so my truck wasn’t ready til sat after Thanksgiving. Looked in side and went right back into the dealership, to tell the guy there was fingerprints all around the headliner, all door weatherstrips are on wrong There are scuffs and scratches on some of the hard plastic panels. The interior panels on the windshield posts are not sitting the way they should, And the Headliner is hanging down on the left rear where it meets the windshield. The guy inside said to call back on Monday when the service manager would be there, I don’t think I want them touching the truck again. I called fomoco they said all they can do is to take my complaint against the dealer ship. They did tell me that if I took it to another dealer they wouldn’t work on it because they wouldn’t want to fix someone else’s mess.
