The f150 guys sprayed foam in the speaker. Loud enough for pedestrians to hear it and quiet enough to not be obnoxious by poor design. Even guys who pulled the wire off said the electric motor was loud enough for anyone to be alerted.

From my F150 (2021) many had good success. Mine did not fit. Took weeks of measurements photos and then they agreed to credit me. They also made me cut it into a lot of tiny pieces as proof of before and after. Refund was within days of that.
