Other than buying and having the 23 Maverick from them, I have no other connection to the dealer.
Trillium Ford Lincoln, Alliston, On. 5Star
I was out the other day and noticed that the taillights were 'popping out', and had to drive by the dealer to get home, I stopped in. The Service Manager came out to greet me, showed him the issue. I didn't know if the TSB talked about here was applicable to Canadian vehicles. Jim, the service manager, then called a tech who looked at it and said, I think there is a service bulletin about that, I'll check. He came back to me in a few minutes and said have a seat, we have the bulletin, the parts available and it's under warranty, the tech was already taking the truck into the shop. 30 minutes later, the truck is back in the service reception bay (no hunting for it) and I'm on my way.
This is just typical service by the dealership. In the spring, they did oil change service including seasonal tire change over, winter tires and wheels to regular 3 season factory Continental and rims. I got the Maverick back fully cleaned and tires treated, shined. Another oil change service the tech found a minor oil leak, fixed it shampooed the engine bay.
Even when I bought the truck, May 2023, it was good experience. I talked to the sales person and finance before hand and they gave me a list of "dealer add-ons" saying " if you want any, let me know.
