12000 miles on my 22 Lariat Hybrid. It's been a great little truck till April 14 when I came out of the local convenience store and it had no power to anything. Called the dealer and they told me to have it towed in. Contacted Ford and 3 towing companies later , after waiting for hours and after I got a ride home , someone towed it to the dealership. I hope they knew what they were doing as with no power you can't get it out of park. The service dept. said they might be able to look at it the following Monday or Tuesday. I called Monday and was told parts were on order and should be there Tuesday. No parts until Thursday but the service rep said it would be done Friday. I get a call Friday morning, The job is too big, 7hrs ?, and the table they use to put the hybrid battery on was in use and they didn't want to put the battery on the floor. Sounds like a wiring harness replacement. I guess I'll see Monday or Tuesday if I get my truck back. The service manager may get me a rental car Tuesday if it's not going to be done. Very nice of him after over a week without my truck. I was told there is a bulletin out from Ford to the dealers on this but no recall so Hybrid owners beware it may happen to you without warning. I hope this is the fix for sure as I have a 23 Hybrid Lariat on order. Maybe I should change that order to an ECO.
